From the Penultima Vision exercise, break out your big visions into goals in the key areas listed. Take into account the “More Of/Less Of” and “No’s” exercises.

Remember, in this exercise, you are guaranteed that you cannot fail.

For each use this format: “I [present tense verb such as have, earn, am], [a state of being]. Examples: “I earn x$ per year,” “I weigh x pounds, I am fit and well,” “I have a satisfying and recognized professional practice.”

Don’t write I intend to, will start to, future tense statements. All must be written as though already accomplished.

Write one or two goals for each.

We encourage participants to print out the entire workshop manual to refer to throughout the course and to use for recording each module exercise’s results.

Upon completing the exercise in the module, record the results in the module exercise page of the manual.

ALSO, record those results in the Summary Module in the corresponding section.

For example, upon completing the Strengths Module, record the results on the Strengths Module exercise page in the manual. Also, record those results in the Strengths section of the Summary Module. This allows participants to see the emerging picture of their Flame of Genius as they complete the course.

If it is not convenient to print out the entire manual, then each module exercise sheet will need to be printed for each module as you proceed through the workshop.

Interspersed throughout the manual are pages called “Notes.” These are space in which you may, if you wish, record additional thoughts about each exercise. Completing these is optional.
